Heated to 78°C and then cooled down to 4°C to eliminate pathogens Milk is gently crafted with a high temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization method at 74°C for few seconds and then cooled to 4°C. This process destroys harmful bacteria while still preserving the authentic flavor of the milk.
